Fabian Piron, counsel and lawyer at BUREN, specialises in corporate law, financial law and business law. Fabian is based in our Luxembourg office.

Fabian has broad experience in advising banks, financial institutions, borrowers, investment companies, international groups of companies, private equity real estate firms, high net worth individuals and state-owned companies in relation to financing and cross-border restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and regulatory issues. Fabian is part of BUREN's Kazakhstan Practice Group.

Fabian graduated from the University of Liège with a Master of Laws in 2008, including a semester at Leicester University. Fabian was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2008 and is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List 1).
