Norrbom Vinding’s labour and employment law expertise is based on 35+ years of experience at expert level. The core group of lawyers are among those who pioneered and developed labour and employment law as a separate discipline for private practice lawyers in Denmark in the 1980s.

In October 2025, Norrbom Vinding expanded its focus on labour and employment law to also include the core areas of M&A and dispute resolution. A highly specialised and experienced M&A team headed by Henrik Juul Hansen and Helle Wehl draws on 70 years’ joint transaction experience and advises listed and unlisted companies, private equity funds, owner managers and family funds on a daily basis. The team is characterised by legal strength and expertise, commercial acumen as well as sharp and efficient process management, ensuring that clients receive sound and rapid responses in fast-paced and complex situations.

Norrbom Vinding’s corporate legal support function has also been reinforced within various fields such as real estate, competition law, marketing law, IP and IPR litigation and financing transactions, aimed at ensuring that all relevant areas of support for M&A work are covered and expanding the scope for legal advice and dispute resolution for existing as well as new clients across the firm’s portfolio.
