Robert Faußner works as an attorney at the Munich office of our firm. His main practice area primarily comprises data protection law. Robert Faußner is a certified data protection officer and data protection auditor (TÜV SÜD Academy). As such, he provides in-house training as part of his client services, in addition to giving presentations on data protection law.

Moreover, his professional training as a business mediator certified by the Munich Center for Dispute Resolution (MuCDR) makes him a skilled expert at mediation and negotiation strategies.

Robert Faußner attended law school at the Universities of Augsburg and Potsdam, having completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.

In addition, Robert Faußner holds a Master’s Degree in political science, history and psychology.
