- Representing bpost in a dispute with Vlaams Belang (one of the largest political parties in Flanders) regarding the infringement of bpost’s trademark rights and copyright.
- Representing the Belgian State in a dispute with the collecting society Auvibel regarding the alleged liability for the incorrect transposition of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society.
