Advised VDL Groep BV in the context of merger control and filing requirements for the acquisition of Van Hool’s bus and coach activities.
Assisted De Werkvennootschap with the major “Conversion of R4 West and East into Primary Roads” DBFM project in 2024. The project, with a duration of approximately 37 years, entails a large investment (approximately EUR715 million excluding VAT) in liability on and around the R4.
