Gillhams Solicitors LLP is a three-partner law firm based in London, specialising in private client services for the elderly and vulnerable.

Gillhams is particularly skilled at and well-known for its private client work, predominantly providing legal services and support for the elderly and vulnerable. Gillhams also offers a specialist Court of Protection mediation service, focused on helping to resolve ‘best interests’ disputes (as defined by the Mental Capacity Act 2005) that can arise between family members or with designated public sector service providers or professional deputies charged with the care of a mentally incapacitated person.

Gillhams’ property team continues to grow and offers a wide range of services including all aspects of commercial property transactions, residential convenyancing and a particular focus on leasehold enfranchisement work.

In 2016 Gillhams was re-awarded the Law Society’s Lexcel accreditation, the legal practice quality mark, for the 12th consecutive year.
