Capital Markets and Financial Services Regulation

Vivian is a senior associate in our Capital Markets & Financial Services Regulation practice. She is also a member of our Finance practice. She focuses on financial services regulatory matters advising international credit and financial institutions, funds and asset managers in relation to the provision of banking, investment, payment and crypto-asset services, fund distribution and structured products. She also advises institutions on general governance matters, outsourcing arrangements and AML/CTF issues.

Vivian also has experience in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, debt issuances, private placements and tender offers. She regularly advises issuers on ongoing compliance obligations, corporate governance and market abuse regulation.

Prior to joining our firm, Vivian was an associate in the financial services regulatory team of a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg.

Vivian was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2017 and is also admitted before the Court of Appeals. She joined Zepos & Yannopoulos in 2020.
