  • Advising Fredrikstad Seafoods on the BoD liability of the chairman of Gråkjær, a Norway-based construction company, in connection with its filing for bankruptcy.
  • Advised Cool Company in relation to the bankruptcy pleading filed against it by one of its creditors.
  • Advising Kraft Bank on a complex matter involving a default lending relationship with a customer, which has developed into a three-party dispute due to banks’ mortgage in property being exposed to third-party rights connected to historical joint ownership.
