Meet Aistė Leščinskaitė, an employment law expert with over a decade of experience.

Aistė is here to help you handle disputes related to workplace injuries, occupational diseases, unfair dismissals, and enforcement of employment contracts. She also offers comprehensive legal advice on managing employment relations, crafting internal company policies, and engaging in labour disputes. Her skills extend to applying these policies and offering strategic recommendations to improve legal regulation.

Beyond her legal practice, Aistė is a respected lecturer at Mykolas Romeris University, imparting knowledge in employment law to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Additionally, she conducts specialised training for corporate entities.

Aistė actively contributes to the legal community as a member of the Committee on Labour Law of the Lithuanian Bar Association and as a Junior Research Fellow at the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences Law Institute. Aistė is a PhD student at Mykolas Romeris University, her research topic is psychological violence at work.
