Working for both lenders and borrowers, BDK Advokati stands out for its experience in Loan Market Association and international swaps and derivatives association documentation and hedging transactions. Tijana Kojović advised Société Générale (as agent) and a syndicate of commercial bank lenders, on a €3.05bn credit facility provided to a subsidiary of PPF Group for the acquisition of Telenor's CEE business. Vladimir Dašić advised regional private equity fund Blue Sea Capital on the sale of a 55 per cent stake in Medi Group, a private healthcare provider in Serbia, to Mid Europa Partners; and Tijana Kojović acted for Mainframe 2, established by a Serbian entrepreneur and known for cloud-based Windows desktop and application delivery, on the sale of its shares to Nutanix. BDK Advokati (BDK) was established in 2004 by the current managing partner, Tijana Kojovic, in Belgrade. The firm quickly grew in terms of fee-earners (currently 31), as well as territorial coverage. From the outset, the firm has also been active in transactions, regulatory advice and litigation taking place in the neighbouring markets of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This experience was strengthened with the opening of offices in Podgorica in 2009 and Banja Luka in 2013.
