Routinely managing multi-jurisdictional filings in the Western Balkans, BDK Advokati AOD's four-member competition law team is particularly experienced in the agribusiness, food processing and life sciences sectors. The practice covers assessments of commercial contracts, commercial policies and business models, as well as competition compliance, infringement proceedings, notifications of concentration proceedings and applications for individual exemptions of restrictive agreements.
