Helena Tesch studied law at the University of Passau.

During her studies, Helena Tesch worked for a property owners’ and landlords’ association. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, she gained experience in private construction law at a large international commercial law firm and in public construction law at a small Munich-based law firm. Following her traineeship, she worked as a research associate in the Real Estate practice group of an international commercial law firm.

Helena Tesch was admitted to the bar as a lawyer in 2019. She also completed training as a business mediator.

From 2019 to 2025, she worked at a well-known and highly respected commercial law firm with a strong focus on construction and real estate law.

Her clients include construction companies, architects, project developers, private and public sector clients, property developers, and prefabricated house manufacturers.

Since 2025, Helena Tesch has been working as a Counsel at avocado rechtsanwälte.

Named to the 2026 list of “Ones to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in Germany for Litigation and Real Estate.
