Sofia is part of the firm's property team. She has extensive experience in matters of property law, with the main emphasis on planning and building law and property development. Sofia has broad experience in all areas within planning and building law. She has expertise in the implementation of development projects, including infrastructure preparation and development agreements, landowner cooperation, etc. She also has experience with property structuring and land registration issues. She has worked a lot with condominiums and housing law in general. Sofia has practical work experience from both public administration and commercial property development.
