Erik Meyer-Lampe has many years' experience within corporate law and M&A and is a member of our M&A department.

His practice includes a wide range of M&A and other equity transactions as well as corporate advisory services for shareholders, board of directors and management. He has vast experience in advising international groups, listed companies and medium sized companies in a variety of business sectors.
