Jonathan is a Partner and Head of Infrastructure, based in the Dubai office. He has over thirty years of practising experience, having practised in London, Singapore, Paris and Dubai. He has previously been a partner at a number of leading global law firms.

Jonathan has a broad global practice, acting for multinational sponsors, financial institutions and national governments in emerging markets. His practice experience has been focused on:

Many of the transactions he has worked on have been first of their kind or “pathfinder” deals. He has developed a specialty in successfully advising countries on rebuilding their infrastructure after conflict or natural disaster. He is noted for having successfully provided such advice in Libya, South Sudan, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
