Associate

Marina is an Associate within BSA LAW’s TMT department, with a primary focus on media, fintech, and data privacy matters.

Her strong understanding of the intersection between law and technology enables her to provide tailored and strategic advice that addresses both local and global trends, while considering the nuances of the local regulatory landscape.

Marina advises local and international entities involved in technology and media, including e-commerce platforms, media content producers, and regulated financial platforms. Her expertise also covers consumer protection, advertising guidelines, and data protection legislation.

Prior to joining BSA LAW, Marina gained experience in both private practice and in-house roles, having worked at a regional law firm in Beirut as well as at an international investment bank in Paris.
