Hala is a Senior Associate within BSA LAW’s TMT department, with a primary focus on data privacy, fintech and telecom regulatory compliance, and technology agreements.

With experience spanning both private practice and in-house roles, Hala provides tailored legal counsel that aligns with clients’ strategic objectives, risk management, and business needs.

She specializes in delivering regulatory guidance within the technology, fintech, and telecom sectors, ensuring compliance with rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks. Hala also advises clients in highly regulated industries, such as finance and healthcare, on data privacy operations, adopting a comparative approach to GDPR principles.

Before joining BSA LAW, Hala served as in-house legal counsel at a leading media representation company in Dubai, as well as at a prominent news channel and its digital platforms.
