Career
Nadim is the Regional Head of BSA LAW’s TMT and FinTech practices, based in the firm’s DIFC office in Dubai. He has been advising technology and media companies in the region for the past six years and has contributed to numerous successful transactional matters within the industry.
Nadim also advises fintech companies and provides guidance on crypto-related projects, supporting both start-ups and more established entities in complying with local and regional regulations.
He regularly publishes articles on various TMT-related topics and contributes to public forums concerning technology, crypto, and fintech.
Education
Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Nadim holds a JD degree from the Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and in Dubai.
