Since 2013, she has been working with providing Swedish and foreign companies with labor law advice.

She is responsible for the labor law team in Malmö and assists employers in the entire field of labor law. Her daily work includes e.g. restructuring, redundancies (including questions about protection of the employer's business, competition clauses and confidentiality), collective bargaining issues, transfer of undertakings, work environment/rehabilitation cases and labor law disputes in court. She regularly works on establishing, reviewing and negotiating various types of labor law agreements such as employment contracts and representing companies in negotiations under the Swedish Co-Determination Act. She also works with compliance issues such as codes of conduct and guidelines for employees.

She works closely with, among others, the transaction team and the tax team and has a great deal of experience in processes and negotiations regarding M&A and other commercial matters such as partner agreements, where there are also labor law elements. In addition to acting as advisor, she regularly lectures and teaches in labor law.
