Ivor has particular experience in advising technology and infrastructure clients.

Aisling is a Real Estate Partner with more than ten years of experience focusing on Irish and international real estate transactions. Aisling provides a full range of services including advising on acquisitions, disposals, developments and investments. She regularly leads on the commercial real estate components of corporate M&A transactions and renewable energy transactions. She also specialises in landlord and tenant representation and works with a number of institutional landlords and various UK and International retailers. She has vast experience advising on landlord and tenant matters (including leasing, consent applications, disposals, service of break notices and general estate/ portfolio management).
