This practice combines advising on mergers and acquisitions (including preparation and analysis of the required legal documents, structuring, signing and implementing contracts for corporate rights alienation, legal due diligence of legal entities or particular assets) advising on anti-monopoly aspects of mergers and acquisitions and structuring of business participants’ (shareholders, counteragents) relations following a merger or acquisition or reorganisation of a company.
