Deloitte Legal advises both national and international companies and groups. This practice combines advising on mergers and acquisitions (including preparation and analysis of the required legal documents, structuring, signing and implementing contracts for corporate rights alienation, legal due diligence of legal entities or particular assets) advising on anti-monopoly aspects of mergers and acquisitions and structuring of business participants’ (shareholders, counteragents) relations following a merger or acquisition or reorganisation of a company. The firm’s services include drafting of corporate documentation, registration services, including assistance with incorporation, reorganisation, bankruptcy and liquidation, preparation and review of all documentation related to corporate transaction in terms of its compliance with the Georgian laws, transaction structuring and implementation and advising on corporate governance issues.
