Position

Laurent Lehner advises and represents starts-ups, SMEs as well as Swiss and International corporations on employment law, immigration and social security matters.

As an accredited labour law expert (SBA certificate), he has extensive experience advising them on all employment law matters (employment agreements, staff regulations, participations or bonus plans, non-competition clauses, termination agreements, secondments, etc.). Furthermore, he advises clients on restructurings (such as business transfers and collective dismissals) as well as on executing complex internal investigations.

Laurent Lehner has also developed a strong expertise in corporate and commercial law. He advises corporations at every stage of their business life cycle, including incorporation, expansion, restructuring and exit of the investment.

Finally, Laurent Lehner also practices in the field of construction and real estate law, with a focus on real estate transactions, construction and planning agreements as well as general contractor agreements.
