Massimo Calderan

Massimo Calderan co-heads the Corporate / M&A Team as well as the Business Italy - Switzerland Team. He advises clients in matters of commercial law, corporate law and M&A. Further practice areas include labor law and immigration (work and residence permits). He also specializes in cross-border issues between Switzerland and Italy.

Marco Fusi

Marco Fusi is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A Team. He regularly advises clients in general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, M&A and finance transactions. He further specializes in restructuring and succession planning for SME and advises start-up companies. He is native speaker of German and Italian.

Riccardo Geiser

Riccardo Geiser is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A Team. In addition to M&A transactions, his practice focuses on corporate law/finance/restructurings and commercial contracts in both domestic and international settings. He advises clients ranging from start-ups to established SMEs and listed companies. As a member of the firm’s dedicated Italian Desk, he provides legal advice to clients with Italian heritage on their business endeavors in Switzerland.

Ralph Imoberdorf

Ralph Imoberdorf is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A Team as well as the Employment Team of Altenburger's Zurich Office. He advises early stage companies, SMEs and listed companies on commercial and corporate law, M&A, corporate finance, restructuring law and employment law matters in a domestic and international context.

Laurent Lehner

Laurent Lehner advises and represents starts-ups, SMEs as well as Swiss and International corporations on employment law, immigration and social security matters. As an accredited labour law expert (SBA certificate), he has extensive experience advising them on all employment law matters (employment agreements, staff regulations, participations or bonus plans, non-competition clauses, termination agreements, secondments, etc.). Furthermore, he advises clients on restructurings (such as business transfers and collective dismissals) as well as on executing complex internal investigations. Laurent Lehner has also developed a strong expertise in corporate and commercial law. He advises corporations at every stage of their business life cycle, including incorporation, expansion, restructuring and exit of the investment. Finally, Laurent Lehner also practices in the field of construction and real estate law, with a focus on real estate transactions, construction and planning agreements as well as general contractor agreements.

Manuel Moor

Manuel Moor has an extensive experience in Corporate/M&A. He advises and assists his clients in corporate law, M&A transactions, and restructurings of companies, in a domestic and international context. He also regularly advises and assists clients in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts.
