Partner Niklas Eriksson is Head of Roschier’s Finance & Restructuring practice in Sweden. He has experience in various international acquisition and corporate financing transactions as well as energy and infrastructure projects. Niklas’ experience also includes restructurings, workouts and security enforcements, representing international banks, financial institutions, as well as private equity investors, debt funds and large corporates.

In addition, Niklas has experience in high yield and investment grade bonds and structured finance, and working in the fintech industry.
