Pontus Enquist, who has expertise covering IPOs, rights issuances, and private investment in public equity (PIPE), leads on the ECM side. Christoffer Benninge’s varied ECM practice encompasses IPOs, PIPE, and public to private transactions. Ola Sandersson is also noted for her ECM work, while Niklas Eriksson is active on DCM mandates. Frida Lantoft left the firm to join Advokatfirman Schjødt in September 2024. Former DCM head Johan Häger left the firm in May 2025.
