Bébhinn Bollard graduated from University College Cork (BCL) in 2007 and New York University (LLM) in 2009 and qualified in 2012. She trained in McCann FitzGerald LLP and became a partner in 2023. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on cross border litigation. She represents and advises clients in the resolution of disputes principally in the Commercial division of the High Court.

She has advised companies and financial institutions on corporate disputes and investigations and has expertise in managing large scale document reviews and discovery exercises by electronic means. She has been centrally involved in the pioneering use of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) in the Irish Commercial Court in large scale discoveries. Bébhinn also assists clients in international cross border litigation and works extensively with foreign counsel on such projects, including advising on the EU Regulations governing jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
