Diversity & Inclusion
At Lindahl, we are committed to equality and inclusion. Our long-term success is built on creating a working environment where all individuals can grow and thrive regardless of background, gender identity, or beliefs. We actively promote equal career opportunities and have a clear framework for ensuring balanced delegation and leadership development across the firm. In the past few years, we have seen clear results of this work, as partnership appointments have been equally divided between men and women.
CSR & Pro Bono
We believe legal expertise plays a vital role in building a sustainable and fair society. As a part of said society, it is also important for us to give back and support initiatives focusing on helping marginalized and disadvantaged groups. Lindahl supports several national and local initiatives, including city missions in many of the cities in which we operate, as well as a long-standing collaboration with the Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights. We also have one of Sweden’s largest business law communities for law students and young lawyers, where we share inspiration, news, and arrange the annual Lindahl Law School, encouraging the next generation of legal talent to combine technical skill with business acumen.
Innovation & AI
Lindahl is both committed and curious in the strategic use of AI in legal services, and we implemented the renowned legal AI tool Legora firm-wide in 2024. Our focus is, as always, on delivering clear, efficient and value-driven legal support, and also making sure that our employees can grow their competence within a technology that is transforming all industries, including ours. Lindahl’s overall approach to AI is human-centric, where technology amplifies rather than replaces legal judgment.
This commitment positions us as an advocate and enabler of legal innovation – facilitating better outcomes for clients, enhancing internal capabilities, and driving continuous improvement.
