David is an experienced technology lawyer with deep specialist expertise in EU technology regulation and competition law, data protection/compliance, intellectual property and artificial intelligence law. With over 25 years' experience at a senior level working across the following sectors: financial services, media, telecommunications, healthcare (including pharma and land public sector.  Across these sectors David has worked in law (both inhouse and private practice) and also consulting.

David has significant competence dealing with regulators, shareholders and clients with extensive experience in EU, OECD and G8 regulatory and legislative processes. This includes both contentious and non-contentious work including dawn raid and general emergency/crisis response service provision, training and preparation.  He has a solid track record managing complex issues for clients including the design and implementation of solutions.
