Work highlights

Advised the Central Statistics Office on designing and drafting the key contract regarding its procurement of IT services to design and implement the IT system upon which will be run the national census for 2027.
Advised the Health Service Executive (HSE) on various aspects of the legal implications and documentation related to the development and launching of the HSE app, which involved advising on the terms and conditions for use and privacy statements accompanying the app while testing the prototype to assess the data flows and functionality of the product and its interconnection with the legal documentation.
Acted for Aldi in the drafting and negotiation of a Master Cloud Services Agreement with global software, platform and cloud service provider, Databricks.
