Rosa is an associate in the financial markets group and is based in our Amsterdam office. She specialises in asset-backed finance transactions and (debt) capital markets transactions including medium-term note, commercial paper and structured finance programmes.

Rosa advises a broad range of (multinational) corporations and financial institutions on both domestic and cross-border transactions and associated regulatory matters.
