Cerha Hempel

Stefan is a leading expert in Austrian higher education law, public law, and European law, with extensive experience in compliance, criminal law, and white-collar crime. He is also recognized as one of Austria’s foremost specialists in export control law. His practice further focuses on environmental law, constitutional law, EU law, and public procurement.

He teaches at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland and the Vienna University of Applied Sciences. Further, he regularly speaks at and chairs conferences and continues to publish on public law and state aid law.
