Clemens Hasenauer, Hans Kristoferitsch and Stefan Huber jointly lead the team. Hasenauer heads up the corporate transactions side and oversees public and private M&A, as well as joint ventures and public takeovers. Kristoferitsch’s expertise lies in public and EU law, in particular state aid law. Huber is also well-versed in EU law as well as environmental, constitutional and public procurement law.
