- Assisted with drafting all relevant corporate documents and other ancillary documents, giving legal opinions to the Jersey Authorities and preparing and submitting all relevant applications to the Cyprus Authorities for the temporary and permanent re-domiciliation of two Jersey companies.
- Acted as Cypriot counsel for Ozon Holdings plc, a leading online retailer in Russia, with respect to its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 33m American depositary shares (the “ADSs”) representing 33m ordinary shares at a price to the public of $30 per ADS on NASDAQ for gross proceeds of $990m. The IPO of $990m is the biggest offering of a Russian company since 2017, the results of which put Ozon’s valuation at about $6.2bn.
- Advised IVI.RU, whereby various investors (including VTB, Invest AG and Millhouse) acquired at least 25%+1 shares in the client in a combination of cash-in and cash-out.
