Dina Kanga
Dina Kanga joined the law firm Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC in 2022 practising as a member of the corporate department of the firm. Prior to this, she worked for several years in the corporate and corporate dispute resolution department of Prountzos & Prountzos LLC, a regulated Cyprus law firm and an EY member firm.
Dina specialises in Corporate and Commercial law, possessing a vast experience in transactions relating to corporate restructurings and financing, mergers and acquisitions, local and cross-border reorganisations, inbound and outbound re-domiciliations, setting up of internal corporate governance systems and incorporation of legal entities. She is also often involved with the drafting of constitutional documents which regulate the relationship of shareholders (shareholders agreements), as well as the drafting and review of other corporate documents and agreements, the preparation of legal opinions and the overall provision of legal advice on and assistance to matters related to areas of law of corporate and commercial sector.
