In the wake of the tragic events that occured at the New Castle County Courthouse on February 11, 2013, the Judicial Branch has worked with security experts to review the current security measures in place at Delaware courthouses.  Yesterday, Chief Justice Steele released his remarks in support of a a request for approximately 3.5 million dollars to perform security upgrades.
