Even if Emma Colquhoun's revolution (Macfarlanes article "New Year's Revolution - Death of Collateral Warranties" 5/1/99) does not lead to rioting in the streets we anticipate that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) will, if passed by Parliament, give much food for thought. We shall be sharing our food (and drink) after a seminar here to discuss the implications of the Bill for all sides of the construction industry.

Provisionally, we have fixed this seminar for Wednesday 16 June 1999 although the date will need to be confirmed in the light of the Bill's progress through Parliament.

Invitations will be sent out nearer the time but if you are interested in attending do let us know.
