Rules for issuing visas to foreigners traveling to Ukraine has been amended to remove a procedure whereby foreigners were able to obtain visas at the port of entry. From now on these are only available from Ukrainian consular departments abroad. (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No 803-P of 29 December 1995).
