The new regulations passed in January add to the standard set of registration documents. These regulations require documented evidence of share capital payment, written approval from the Antimonopoly Committee to form the entity (where appropriate) and filing of information on establishment of branches with regional statistical offices. The capital payment confirmation may prove especially problematic in the absence of clear guidelines regarding who is to issue this confirmation where capital contributions are in a non-cash form.
