On 18 March 2016 the law introducing major changes to the Ukrainian merger control rules was published. It will become effective in 2 months following publication – on 18 May 2016.
Apart from setting the new filing thresholds, the law also brings certain important procedural changes, in particular, fast-track review procedure, consultations with the case team, etc.
