Mrs Zingone-Dini, President of the Zeta Group, has concluded a Development Agreement with the TCI Government to develop Dellis Cay, near to Providenciales. Zeta Group proposes to undertake a major resort development on the Cay, complete with villas, hotels, condominiums and various commercial facilities. The company has sought outline planning permission and expects to commence construction in late 1997 or early 1998. Mrs Zingone-Dini is the wife of the former Prime Minister of Italy.
