Amsterdam Exchanges NV to Update Insider Trading Rules

The Amsterdam Exchanges NV is planning to overhaul its Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading.

In the coming weeks all companies listed on the Amsterdam bourse, together with other interested parties, will be consulted on draft proposals concerning the prevention of insider trading. They are being asked to respond before May 1st.

The Amsterdam Exchanges NV believes its existing Code of Conduct needs updating to enhance its effectiveness and to take into account the legal prohibition on insider trading.
