As part of our commitment to the community we have recently
undertaken the Cyprus aspects of a pro-bono project for Fair Trials
International coordinated by Clifford Chance, the international law
firm.
Fair Trials International is a global NGO that focuses on
protecting people's right to fair trial and the project
involved extensive research into the application in Cyprus of
Articles 5 and 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which
respectively enshrine the right to liberty and security and the
right to a fair trial.
