On April 9, 2020, the Government of Ontario further revised the list of construction businesses that constitute "essential workplaces" to include construction projects that

1. are due to be completed before October 4, 2020; and

2. will provide additional capacity in the production, processing, manufacturing or distribution of food, beverages or agricultural products.
