Are you underpaying your employees?

Over recent months,media reports have highlighted a number of cases of employee underpayments, ranging from suburban restaurants to multi-national organisations. According to the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO), a random audit of approximately 2,000 retail business found 26% were breaking workplace laws and/or regulations, on most occasions by underpaying their employees.
