In our role as National Trial Counsel, the firm are now defending automotive-related lawsuits and develop and carry out strategic plans to enhance consistency in discovery response and protection of company witnesses, trade secrets and other confidential information in a cost-effective manner. Currently, the firm are advising Walmart on numerous ongoing cases, including pending cases in Georgia, Florida, Illinois, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. The accident occurred when a tire failed and the vehicle lost control and rolled over. Two occupants died in the accident.
