  • Advised La Positiva Seguros on a $23m arbitration process regarding a fire on an insured cardboard factory in 2019.
  • Advised Munich Re, New India, Chaucer, Brit, CV Starr, Ironshore AXA XL, Faraday, Beazley on a $60m lawsuit in respect of damages to two hydroelectric stations in January-March 2017 due to El Niño.

Osterling Abogados
