Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas' financial regulation and insurance group offers experience in transactional, compliance and regulatory matters and is well-equipped to supports clients with investment ventures in the industry. The group's practice is primarily centred on advising companies regulated by the Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Funds Superintendence (SBS) and the Securities Market Superintendence (SMV). Co-head Rafael Alcázar is experienced in banking regulation and financing, while co-head Alexandra Orbezo contributes expertise in M&A and venture capital.
