In a recent highlight, department head Camilla Vislie represented Tono in the Supreme Court in a dispute against a TV distributor relating to music clearance and remuneration to music rights holders connected to the audiovisual distribution of multiple broadcast channels and multi-territorial licensing; Vislie also represented Nexans Norway in a patent infringement and validity case, and acted for Eli Lilly and Company in a preliminary injunction filed against generics companies preventing the launch of a product that infringes on a patent.
