Wikborg Rein is instructed by domestic and international clients in the pharmaceutical, aquaculture, AI, and energy sectors on complex patent disputes, as well as litigation and enforcement relating to trade secrets and trademarks. The firm also provides transactional IP advice, including technology transfers, licensing, and R&D arrangements. The practice is led by Vebjørn Krag Iversen, who joined from Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS in July 2025 and brings extensive experience across all areas of IP. Lars Erik Steinkjer and Gunnar Meyer left the team in June 2025.
