Köln, 08. März 2026 – CBH Rechtsanwälte freut sich, im Rahmen der diesjährigen Jahresgesellschafterversammlung am 07. und 08. März 2026 die Ernennung von Sebastian Hoppe zum Partner bekannt zu geben. Mit seiner umfangreichen Erfahrung und fachlichen Expertise verstärkt er maßgeblich das Infrastruktur- und Energie-Team der Kanzlei. Sebastian Hoppe ist seit 2020 als Rechtsanwalt bei CBH tätig und unterstützt seitdem das Team von Stefan Rappen. Zuvor war er insgesamt acht Jahre als Syndikusanwalt für zwei große Gasfernleitungsnetzbetreiber tätig, zuletzt fünf Jahre bei Gasunie Deutschland, davor beim Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber GASCADE. Dort verantwortete er unter anderem Leitungsbauvorhaben sowie Fragen der Netzzugangs- und entgeltregulierung. Ein Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit bei CBH liegt in der Beratung von Unternehmen der Energie- und Versorgungswirtschaft bei der Planung und Genehmigung großer Infrastrukturprojekte sowie der Klärung energie-, regulierungs- und grundstücksrechtlicher Fragestellungen. Darüber hinaus begleitet er bundesweit Investitionsprojekte im Bau- und Energiesektor, insbesondere beim Abschluss von Projektverträgen mit Co-Investoren und Behörden, einschließlich der Vertretung seiner Mandanten in Verwaltungsverfahren und vor Gerichten. Zudem repräsentiert Sebastian Hoppe CBH als aktives Mitglied im Wasserstoffregion Rheinland - HyCologne e.V.. CBH Rechtsanwälte wird die Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) in den nächsten Jahren als Projektmanager nach § 29 NABEG bei der Genehmigung der Hochspannungs-Gleichstrom-Übertragungsleitungsprojekte (HGÜ) Rhein-Main-Link und Korridor B begleiten. Beide Großprojekte sind zentrale Bausteine des bundesweiten Netzausbaus. Sie tragen wesentlich dazu bei, Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien effizient über große Distanzen zu transportieren und damit die Versorgungssicherheit und Netzstabilität in Deutschland zu stärken.
